Camping Arlberg placed at the Way of St James

The Way of St James and all the pilgrims' path end in Spain in Santiago de Compostela, the grave of Apostle Jakobus d. Ä.. One path leads to the Stanzer Valley and crosses Camping Arlberg directly.

"El camino comienza su casa" –  the Spaniard answers the questions where the Way of St James starts – the way starts at the house, there wherever somebody starts from.

The Way of St James from Southern Germany tracks from Rosenheim to Kufstein and then westward along the Inn Valley, through Innsbruck – connects with the Way of St James coming from Bavaria South  - Leutasch Valley – at  Mötz and then on to the Arlberg.

In the Vorarlberg region it continues to Bludenz, Feldkirch, Liechtenstein and then into the Bernese Oberland.

It was important for the development of Europe, the history of Europe and also the history of the Tyrol.
The German playwright, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, believed that "Europe was created on the Way of St James" and he was almost certainly right.

The Route: Innsbruck – Mötz - Wallfahrtsort Kronburg (Ruine Kronburg) - Rifenal –Zams Zentrum - Perjen  - Stanz  - Grins – Strengen - Flirsch - Schnann - Pettneu - Sankt Jakob - Sankt Anton - Sankt Christoph
